Our Story
Where it all began
Dr. Vivek Giddani’s journey with Giddani Health Group Ltd began in 2016 when he started working as an associate dentist at Larkham House Dental Practice. His dedication and passion for patient care led him to acquire the practice in July 2022.
At the end of July 2022, Larkham House Dental Practice was rebranded with our distinctive “Lighthouse” logo, a tribute to Plymouth—a place Vivek proudly calls home.
Following this success, Vivek expanded his vision and purchased Abbey Mead Dental & Implant Clinic in October 2023.
His commitment to providing comprehensive healthcare continued into January 2025, when he acquired Modbury Dental Practice.
With the purchase of his third practice, Giddani Health Group Ltd was officially born in 2025, marking the beginning of a broader mission to redefine healthcare through a multidisciplinary approach.
Remarkably, while establishing and expanding his dental practices, Vivek has continued his work at Derriford University Hospital, Plymouth as a Trust Registrar, demonstrating his unwavering dedication to both hospital-based care and community healthcare services.
