Neha Giddani is a Director at Giddani Health Group Ltd, where she plays a key role in the strategic development and ongoing success of the organisation, alongside her continuing role within the NHS Hospital sector.

Neha graduated with distinction in Electronics Engineering in 2008 and began her career at Accenture as a Business Intelligence Developer, developing a strong foundation in healthcare data analytics. In 2012, she joined the NHS, where she continues to work within NHS Hospitals and has built extensive experience across Digital and Innovation, Business Intelligence, and Data Analytics teams.

At Giddani Health Group, Neha has been instrumental in supporting the Group’s three practices, working closely with Dr Giddani to ensure strong governance, operational excellence, and sustainable growth. Her unwavering support have been central to the Group’s success.

Neha is deeply committed to ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centred healthcare services and continually strives to improve standards and outcomes across the organisation.

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Neha enjoys yoga, swimming, cooking, and spending time with her family.
